| SCA Utilizes The Newest Most Up-To-Date Technology Available
Sahuarita Christian Academy facility has been wired with almost a mile of Cat 5e wiring which is powered by a 7 foot IBM rack server cabinet. The faculty, staff, and volunteers are equipped with the newest and latest technology through the use of Dell laptops that are equipped with Intel Core Duo processors, 2GB of DDR2 ram, hard drives up to 250G, high resolution widescreen displays, Microsoft Windows Vista operating systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite 2007 including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Front Page. SCA feels that it is important that our educational facility be equipped with the most the most recent technology available.
Each large multi-purpose class room has also been equipped with the latest in multi-media presentation technology with availability to the internet via a Linksys Wi-Fi wireless campus broad band system which can provide and feed data to our Dell overhead projectors for special weekly workshop student and/or teacher training sessions. This combination of technology is able to be displayed on custom built presentation screen areas that facilitate real-time on screen writing participation by either presenters, teachers and/or students. |
