SCA Is a Member of The U.S. Green Building Council - Preview SCA's LEED® K-12 "Gold" Point Estimate

SCA, is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, "USGBC".  SCA joined USGBC in anticipation of building it's new state-of-the-art LEED® K-12 34,000 sq. ft., two-story, K-12 school building.  With the recent addition of several new corporate green building partners, SCA will now be seeking USGBC’s LEED® "GOLD" Level certification award.  LEED®, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a major designation that signifies that a school is not only energy efficient but as importantly environmentally healthy for it's students and faculty.  SCA's  LEED® Gold K-12 school facility will be the first K-12 school to be built in Arizona that will seek to be LEED® certified at the "Gold" level.
